Executive Director
Gabino Lopez
Gabino has been involved at the local level for the past four years and was the Associate Director of the Miss Napa County Scholarship Organization prior to his current role. He has held leadership roles in various other non-profit organizations where he has successfully planned and implemented recruitment and organizational development strategies.
Gabino graduated from San Jose State University where he received his BSBA in Finance and currently works as a Financial Analyst at Chevron.

Jeffrey Rutan
For the past few years, Jeff watched his younger sister compete in local preliminary pageants and reap great benefits, from scholarship to personal development. He decided that he wanted to make an impact in the lives of other young women as other dedicated volunteers had done for his sister.
After being part of the workforce for several years, Jeff continued his educational pursuits and is a recent graduate of the National Hollistic Institute and a certified massage therapist.

Shelby Gonzalez
Born and raised in Solano County, Shelby is excited to develop the presence of the Miss America Organization in her hometown.
Shelby currently works as a Child Support Specialist for the Solano County Department of Child Support Services. She is a graduate of UC Davis where she earned Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Human Development.

Soila Lopez
After recently moving from her lifelong home in the Napa Valley, Soila was looking for a way to get involved in her new community. Her search led her to us.
For the past 20 years, Soila has worked for California Grower Foundation and is currently a Pension Expert. She brings strong relationship building skills and excellent administrative abilities to our organization.
